These are processed exclusively by the payment provider.

Hosting
Our website is hosted by Infomaniak Network SA in Geneva. The data is stored in data centers in Switzerland. When you visit the website, technical data such as your IP address is recorded in server log files. This data is used to ensure secure operation and is deleted after a short period of time.
Orders, Payment, and Shipping
We partner with Worldline Schweiz AG to process payments. Depending on the payment method you select, your payment information will also be shared with the respective provider, such as TWINT, PostFinance, Apple, or Google. For delivery purposes, we share your name and shipping address with Swiss Post AG.
Contact Form and Spam Protection
If you contact us via the contact form, we will process your information in order to respond to your inquiry. To protect against automated spam requests, we use Google reCAPTCHA. This involves transmitting usage information, including your IP address, to Google. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Dublin, Ireland. This information may be transferred to Google LLC in the United States.
Online Appointment Scheduling
We use the TimeGlobe software from Time Globe GmbH for online appointment scheduling. When you book an appointment, your information is stored there and used to manage your appointment.
Cookies
Our website uses cookies. Technically necessary cookies are required for the shopping cart, the ordering process, and the customer account. Additional cookies are set by Google Analytics and integrated services such as Instagram and Google Maps. You can delete or block cookies at any time in your browser settings. However, without the necessary cookies, the online store cannot be used.

Google Fonts are loaded from servers operated by Google Ireland Limited to display specific fonts. In the process, your IP address is transmitted to Google.
On our website, we display posts from our Instagram profile. When this content is loaded, data such as your IP address is transmitted to Instagram. The provider is Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, Dublin, Ireland. Data may be transferred to Meta Platforms Inc. in the United States.
Disclosure Abroad
Some of the service providers mentioned process data in the EU or in the U.S. Under Swiss law, the EU is considered a region with an adequate level of data protection.
